Living far from our homeland, we all share a concern for preserving the identity and culture that shape our roots. Some may feel it more deeply than others, but in our quiet moments, we all miss our land, worry about it, and cherish it.

The “Sarv School Research Room” hosts a monthly gathering where we come together to discuss and listen to conversations about Iran’s culture, history, and art.

Each session focuses on a specific theme. For example, past series have explored topics such as:
 • Ancient Iranian rituals
 • The social perspective of the Shahnameh
 • The role of women in Iran’s social movements
 • Modern Persian poetry
 • Book readings and poetry recitations

These discussions provide a space to connect, learn, and engage with our cultural heritage, no matter how far we are from home.
